Rochester's Best Bounce House Rentals

Excellent customer service, the bounce house was in excellent condition and it was reasonably priced! They came set up and took down when done, no work on our part what so ever! It was easy and most importantly fun was had by all!! We definitely will use them again!

The whole team at bounce 360 was great! Their communication was on point throughout the process, made me feel very comfortable doing business with them. I booked the combo slide bouncy house for my daughter’s 5th birthday party, and was it a hit! Super polite service, they came and set up and broke down the slide so all we had to do was have fun bouncing! Definitely worth it, I highly recommend. PS don’t forget to tip, these guys are awesome 😎

We rented a bounce house from Bounce360 over memorial Day weekend for our son's 5th birthday and the only thing that didn't go perfectly was the weather lol. Dan reached out after checking out the website and he made everything feel super easy from scheduling and booking to payments. It was really nice to work with a human to set things up rather than feeling like the whole process was super automated. Will definitely be reaching back out if we ever need another rental and will recommend Bounce360 to anyone looking for a local business to help with their party! Edited to add the kids still had a blast in the bounce house despite the downpour 😂

We rented the Tropical Bounce House Combo for a family cookout, and it was the perfect addition to our event! The kids had a blast in the bounce house, especially with the built-in basketball hoop — such a fun bonus feature. The water slide was the main attraction, especially on a hot afternoon — it was the perfect way to cool off! The team that came to set up and take it down were incredibly friendly and accommodating. 10/10 — we’ll definitely rent from this company again and recommend them to friends. Their prices were very reasonable too!

Such a great experience… they were professional, quick to answer my texts, showed up at the exact arrival time they told me, were very personable, and it was such an easy process. Made my son’s birthday so fun for all the kids!!!!! Will be using for future events.
